Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Celerigo

What is Celerigo?

Celerigo is a digital platform dedicated to tourism in Corsica. It connects travelers to local providers (restaurants, water sports, hikes, wineries, cultural sites) and offers tools like multilingual QR code menus, AI itinerary generation and direct booking with no commission.

How does the multilingual QR code menu work?

The restaurant owner photographs their paper menu (or enters it directly). Celerigo automatically generates a digital menu translated into 5 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian). A QR code is provided to the provider — they print it and place it on tables. Tourists scan and read in their language.

How much does Celerigo cost for a restaurant or activity provider?

The early adopter offer is €49/month, with no commitment and no commission on bookings. It includes: a complete showcase page, digital multilingual menu, direct booking tool and print-ready QR codes. No surprises.

How is Celerigo different from TheFork or TripAdvisor?

TheFork takes a commission on every booking. TripAdvisor sells advertising. Celerigo charges a fixed subscription and zero commission — the relationship stays directly between the traveler and the provider. We're local infrastructure, not an intermediary capturing value.

How do I scan a restaurant's QR code with Celerigo?

Simply open your smartphone camera and point it at the QR code. The menu page opens automatically in your browser, in your phone's language. No app to download.

How quickly will my menu be live?

Less than 24 hours after registration. Our process: you provide your menu (photo, PDF or manual entry), our AI translates and structures everything, you validate and publish. QR codes are sent to you immediately.

Which languages are available for menu translation?

Five languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. These are the main languages of tourists visiting Corsica. More languages may be added based on demand.

Does Celerigo take a commission on bookings?

No. Zero commission. Bookings happen directly between the traveler and the provider. Celerigo is remunerated solely through the provider's monthly subscription.

How do I register as a provider on Celerigo?

Visit app.celerigo.com to create your provider account. Registration takes 5 minutes. One of our managers will then contact you to help you publish your showcase page and menu.
